NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 26th May, 2010
G.S.R. 448(E).-In exercise of the powers conferred by the proviso to article 309 of the Constitution, the President herebymakes the following rules further to amend the Fundamental Rules, namely :-
- (1) These rules may be called the Fundamental (Amendment) Rules, 2010.
(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette. - In the Fundamental rules, in rule 56, in clause (d), in the fourth proviso, for the words “three years”, the words “four years” shall be substituted.
