This office memorandum urgently requests all Ministries/Departments to forward the Annual Performance Appraisal Report (APAR) dossiers for Section Officers of the 2009 and 2010 SOSL batches by May 26, 2022. Failure to submit these dossiers by the deadline will result in them not being considered for regular promotion by the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC). The annexure lists the names of the officers whose dossiers are pending, along with their dates of birth, SOSL year, and the Ministry/Department they last served.

The undersigned is directed to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 16.05.2022 and 20.05.2022 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the APAR dossiers in respect of Section Officers of SOSLs 2009 and 2010, as mentioned in the enclosed Annexure have not been received so far. These dossiers are urgently required in this Department. Ministries / Departments concerned are once again requested to forward the APAR dossiers by 26.05.2022. If the said dossiers are not received by 26.05 .2022 , they will not be considered for regular promotion by the DPC.
