This document certifies that the second installment of grant-in-aid, amounting to Rupees One lakh fifty-five thousand, sanctioned for the year 2014-2015 in favor of the Secretary, National Council (Staff Side) – JCM, has been fully utilized for its intended purpose, which includes establishment and office expenses. The utilization is in accordance with the terms of the sanction letter dated 7.10.2014 from the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Department of Personnel & Training. It also confirms that the conditions under which the grant-in-aid was sanctioned have been met and the funds were applied as specified. Attached for verification is the Audited Balance Sheet for the year 2014-2015.

Certified that out of Rupees One lakh fifty five thousand 2nd installment of grant-in-aid sanctioned during the year 2014-2015 in favour of Secretary National Council (Staff Side) – JCM, vide Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances & Pension, Department of Personnel & Training letter No.8/7/2014-JCA-2 dated 7.10.2014 has been utilized for the purpose of establishment / office Expenses etc. for which it was sanctioned.
