ORDER
The Government of Manipur vide their No. 3/1/2017-IAS/DP dated 24.11.2017 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers (SCS category) of Manipur cadre appointed to IAS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2016, vide Notification No.14015/15/2017-AIS-(I) B dated 22.11.2017.
- In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officers have been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

Page 1 of 23.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the Select List of 2016 shall be placed below Ms. Jaspreet Kaur, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch and above Shri Pawan Yadav, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2014 batch of Manipur cadre.
