Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated 22.02.2017 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of officers appointed to IAS (SCS category) Goa Segment of AGMUT Cadre by selection from the Select Lists of 2012 and 2013 vide this Department’s Notification No. 14015/25/2014-AIS-(I) B dated 19.01.2017.
- The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is given below:-

- 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned above at SI No. 1 to 2 in the Select List of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Ramesh Verma, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Dr. Lalrozama, the senior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch of joint AGMUT cadre.

3. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned above in the select list of 2013 shall be placed below Shri Arun L. Dessai Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2009(SL of 2012 ) batch and above Dr. Lalrozama, the senior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch of joint AGMUT cadre.
4. This issues in supersession of this Department’s order of even number dated 02.03.2017.
