The Government of Maharashtra vide their letters dated 12.3.2012, 25.5.2012, and 27.7.2012 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS (SCS category) by promotion from the Select List of 2009 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/14/2010-AIS (I)-B dated $19^{\text {th }}$ January 2012. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time as shown in column no. 08 of the following table: –

  1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Shri Anup Kumar Yadav, the junior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2002 batch and above Shri S.M. Kendrekar, IAS the senior most promotee IAS officer (Non SCS category) of 2002 batch of Maharashtra cadre.3. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 5 of the select list of 2009 shall be placed below Ms Jayashree S. Bhoj, the junior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Shri Vikram Kumar, IAS the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2004 batch of Maharashtra cadre.
