ORDER
The Government of Odisha vide their letter No. SER1-IAS-002-/2017-23462/AIS.I dated 28.10.2017 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of State Civil Service officers of Odisha cadre promoted to IAS for the Select List 2016. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide this Department’s Notification No.14015/17/2017-AIS-I (B) dated $16^{\text {th }}$ October, 2017. 2. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 9 of Select List of 2016 (SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Goswami Golam Debta, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2007 batch (Select List of 2015-SCS category) and above Shri Parameswaran B., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Odisha cadre. 4.
