ORDER

The Government of Kerala vide their letter no. 31659/Spl.A1/2015/GAD dated $10^{\text {th }}$ June, 2015 for fixation of seniority/Year of allotment of promotee IAS officers (Non-SCS category) for the Select List of 2014 (Against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2013 to 31.12 .2013 ) vide this Department’s notification no. 14015/12/2014-AIS(I)-B dated $22^{\text {nd }}$ January, 2015.
2. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

1. Select List of 2014 (Non-SCS)(Vacancies arisen between 1.1.2013 to 31.12.2013)
   

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2014 (Vacancies arisen between 1.1.2013 to 31.12 .2013 ) shall be placed below Dr.(Mrs) K. Vasuki, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Ms. T. Mithra, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch of Kerala Cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 of the select list of 2014 (Vacancies arisen between 1.1.2013 to 31.12 .2013 ) shall be placed below Shri Venkatesapathy S., junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Ms. Anupama T.V., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Kerala Cadre.
