ORDER
The Government of Tripura vide their letter no. 2(13-GA(P\&T)/08(Vol.-II) dated 10.7.2014 has requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by promotion (against SCS quota vacancies) on basis of Select List of 2011 and 2012 vide this DOPT’s notification No 14015/41/2012-AIS-I(B) dated 1.11.2013 and No. 14015/29/2013-AIS-I(B) dated 9.1.2014 \& 31.1.2014. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula works out:-

2.1 Since, distribution of AIS officers of Manipur- Tripura cadre has not been finalized, inter se seniority of above officers has not been fixed.
