ORDER

The Government of Telangana vide their letter No. 08/SC-A/A3/2013 dated 15.9.2014 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers of undivided Andhra Pradesh, who were appointed to IAS by promotion (against SCS quota vacancies) on basis of Select List of 2013 vide DoPT’s notification No. 14015/01/2012-AIS-I dated 7.2.2013. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula works out:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri K. Surendra Mohan, junior most promotee IAS officer of 2007 batch of undivided Andhra Pradesh cadre. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 to 4 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Vinay Chandra, junior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch and above Shri Hari Kiran Chevvuru, senior most RR IAS officer of batch 2009 batch of undivided Andhra Pradesh cadre. 3.
