ORDER
The Government of Gujarat vide their letter no. AIS/16.2015/52432/G dated $27^{\text {th }}$ January, 2015 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by Selection from the Select List of 2014 (NonSCS category) vide this DoP\&T notification No. 14015/06/2014-AIS(I)-B dated 15.1. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the select list of 2014 (Non- SCS category) shall be placed below Shri M. Nagarajan, Junior most RR IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Shri Anand Babulal Patel, senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Gujarat cadre.
2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 2 and 3 of the select list of 2014 (Non- SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Sujeet Kumar junior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch and above Shri Ajay Prakash, senior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch of Gujarat cadre.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
