ORDER

The Government of Madhya Pradesh vide their letter no. E-1/26/2012/5/I dated $20^{\text {th }}$ November 2013 have requested to fix seniority/year of allotment of the officers of Madhya Pradesh cadre, who have been appointed to IAS by promotion from SCS on the basis of Select List of 2011 vide this DOPT’s notification No. 14015/13 /2012-AIS-I (B) dated $8^{\text {th }}$ October 2013. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are as under:-

Year of allotment entitled in IAS. Name, year of SL and YOA of the officer in PQ (SCS), immediately senior to the one whose name is in column no. 02 Year of allotment assigned in IAS.

  1. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 of the Select List of 2011 shall be placed below Shri Ravindra Kumar Mishra(Select list of 2010), the junior most promote IAS officer of 2003 batch and above Shri Raghuraj M. R., senior most RR IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh Cadre of 2004 batch. 2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sl. No. 2 to 9 of the Select List of 2011 shall be placed below Shri Lokesh Kumar Jatav, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2004 batch and above Shri Rahul Jain, senior most RR IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh Cadre of 2005 batch. 2.3 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sl. No. 10 to 16 of the Select List of 2011 shall be placed below Shri Sanjeev Singh, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Dr. Khade sudam Pandharinath, senior most RR IAS officer of Madhya Pradesh Cadre of 2006 batch. 2.4 Seniority/year of allotment of officer at Sl. No. 4, 5 \& 6 in the Select List of 2011 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
