ORDER
The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-01/2020/1/2 dated 17.02.2021 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of IAS officer appointed on promotion from SCS category on the basis of inclusion of their names in the Select List of 2019 (Vacancies arisen between 01.01.2019 to 31.12.2019) vide Notification No. 14015/05/2020-AIS- (I)B dated 07.01.2021. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is now as under:-

2.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at Sl. No1 to 7 in the Select List 2019 (SCS Category) shall be placed below Shri Vinay Kumar Langeh, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Shri Rohit Vyas, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre. 3.
