This document details the fixation of seniority and year of allotment for IAS officers promoted from the Select Lists of 2009, 2009-A, and 2010. It references previous notifications and state government letters regarding these appointments. The document outlines a table specifying officers’ names, dates of continuous service, completed years of service, total weightage, year of allotment, and the senior officer in the promotion quota (PQ). It also addresses inter-se seniority between these officers and promotee IAS officers from the Assam segment, stating that this will be decided separately. Finally, it instructs that the order be communicated to the concerned officers.
