ORDER

Consequent upon inclusion of names of officers of State Civil Services of Joint AGMUT Cadre appointed to IAS by promotion on basis of Select List of 2019 vide this DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/27/2020-AIS (I)-B dated 21.08.2020 and on receipt of the proposal from the Ministry of Home Affairs vide their OM No. 14016/05/2020-UTS-I(Pt. File) dated 31.08.2020 for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the said officers, the same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time with weightage formula as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 8 of the Select List 2019 shall be placed below Shri Naveen S.L., Junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Joint AGMUT Cadre and above Ms. Ruchika Katyal, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Joint AGMUT Cadre. 3. Inter-se-seniority /year of allotment of the above officer with respect to officers of other segments would be determined later on as and when the inter-se-seniority of segments of AGMUT Cadre is decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority. 4.
