ORDER
The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-4-2/2019/1/2 dated 06.11.2020 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of IAS officer appointed on promotion from SCS category on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2018 (Vacancies arisen between 01.01.2018 to 31.12.2018) vide Notification No. 14015/05/2019-AIS-(I)B dated 04.09.2020. The Seniority/year of allotment of the officer has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is now as under:-
