ORDER
Consequent upon receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Haryana vide their letter No.66/1/2019-6S(I) dated 11.06.2019 for fixation of seniority / year of allotment of Shri Shiv Prasad and Shri Virender Singh Hooda appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in select lists for the year 2012 and 2015 respectively vide DOPT Notification No.14015/07/2019-AIS-(I)B dated 16.05.2019, the seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

- The seniority /year of allotment of above officer at SI. No. 1 has been restricted under proviso to the Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987.
2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Maheshwar Sharma and above Shri Girish Arora, promote IAS officers of 2009 batch of Haryana cadre.

Select List of 2015- SCS category
(prepared against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2015)
3.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 for the select list of 2015 shall be placed below Shri Yash Pal and above Shri Yashendra Singh, promotee IAS officer of 2011 batch of Haryana cadre.
4. This issues in partial modification of this Department’s order of even number dated 23.05.2019. The orders may be conveyed to the concerned officers.
