ORDER
The Government of Rajasthan vide their letter no. F. 6 (1)Pers./A-I/2013 dated $19^{\text {th }}$ March 2014 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of officers, who were appointed to IAS by Selection from the Select Lists of 2013 (Non-SCS category) vide this Department’s notification No. 14015/19/2009-AIS (I)-B dated 28.02.2014. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

1. Seniority/year of allotment has been computed as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2013 shall be allotted 2006 batch of Rajasthan Cadre. 2.2. Year of allotment of the officers whose name is mentioned at S. No. 2 and 4 has been restricted as per proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987. 2.3 Since, fixation of seniority/year of allotment of promotee IAS officers (SCS category) has been pending due to WP filed by this Department. In this case, it has not been possible to indicate inter-se seniority. 3. Fixation of seniority/year of allotment of above officers in IAS is subject to the final outcome of the OA No.291/00001/2014 filed by Dr Bharat Singh Rathore Vs UOI \& Others and OA No. 291/00011/2014 filed by Dr F.H. Gauri Vs UOI \& Ors before the Hon’ble CAT Jaipur Bench. 4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer. (S.S. Shukla) Under Secretary to the Government of India Copy to:-
