Fixation of Seniority / Year of Allotment for IAS Officers – Rajasthan

This order details the fixation of seniority and year of allotment for officers appointed to the Indian Administrative Service (IAS) from the State Civil Service (SCS) in Rajasthan. ORDER

The Government of Rajasthan has sent proposals vide their letter no. F.6(6)Pers/AI/2015 dated 20.7.2016 for fixation of seniority / year of allotment to the officers appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in select list for the year 2015 (against vacancies arisen between 1.1.2015 to 31.12.2015) vide this Department’s Notification No.14014/19/2016-AIS-I dated $5^{\text {th }}$ July, 2016. 2. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage formula is given below:-

  1. 1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 4 of the select list of 2015(SCS) shall be placed below Shri Kailash Bairwa, Junior most promotee IAS officer of 2006 batch (SCS officer of SL of 2014) and above Shri Bishnu Charan Mallick, the senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Rajasthan cadre.
  2. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
