The Government of Meghalaya vide their letter No. PER.34/98/199 dated the $24^{\text {th }}$ May 2013 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select Lists of 2011 vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/34/2012-AIS-I dated $14^{\text {th }}$ February 2013. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time and is indicated in column no. 08 of the following table: –
