ORDER
The Government of Kerala vide their letter no. 60306/Spl. A1/2013/GAD dated 13/09/2013 has also requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by selection from Non SCS category on the basis of Select List of 2009 vide DIPT’s notification No. 14015/12/2009-AIS (I)-B dated $27^{\text {th }}$ September 2010. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are given in the following table:-
