ORDER
The Government of Assam vide their letter NoAA1.78/2011/130 dated $18^{\text {th }}$ October 2013 have requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of two officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion for the Select Lists of 2011 vide Ministry’s notification No.14045/3/2012-AIS-I dated $30^{\text {th }}$ May 2013. The same has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Details are as given in the following Table:

2.2 Seniority/year of allotment of officer at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2011 has been restricted under proviso to Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987.
3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
