ORDER
The Government of Telangana vide their letter no. 06/SC-A/A3/2014 dated 15.7.2014 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on selection from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select lists of 2013. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide GOI notifications No. 14015/01/2013-AIS-I(B) dated $25^{\text {th }}$ February, 2014. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers belonging to undivided Andhra Pradesh has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 The seniority/year of allotment of above officers at SI. No. 3, 5 and 6 has been restricted under proviso to the Rule 3(3)(iii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules. 1987. 3. Inter Se seniority of above officers has not been proposed as Civil List 2015 does not reflect the correct information. The year of allotment will be subject to the further orders in the WP Nos. 38698, 38699, 38700, 38701, 38702, 38703, 38704, $38705,38706,38708,38709$ of 2013 and the final orders to be passed in WP No. 855/2014 filed before the Hon’ble High Court of Andhra Pradesh. 4.
