ORDER
The Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter no. 2022/2013-1 dated 7.9.2013 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on selection from Non-SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select lists of 2011. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide GOI notifications No. 14015/21/2011-AIS-I(B) dated $10^{\text {th }}$ February, 2012. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 of the select list of 2011 shall be placed below Shri L. Sitherasenan, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2004 batch (Non SCS category) and above Shri S. Nagarajan, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2005 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre.
3.2 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. 2 of the select list of 2011 shall be placed below Ms. R. Lily, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Shri Harish Chhabra, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2006 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre.
3.3 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No. $3 \& 4$ of the select list of 2011 shall be placed below Dr. Nanthagopal, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2006 batch (and above Shri K. Veera Raghava Rao, the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2007 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
