ORDER
The Government of Tamil Nadu vide their letter no. 930/2014-1 dated 29.5.2013 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2012. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/21/2013-AIS-I (B) dated $27^{\text {th }}$ December 2013. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 10 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri Kiran Gurrala, the junior most IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Ms. Lalitha R., the senior most RR IAS officer of 2010 batch of Tamil Nadu cadre. 3.
