The Government of Nagaland vide their letter no. PAR-A/04/2015-AIS dated 30.4.2015 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from SCS on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select lists of 2010, 2011, 2012 and 2013. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/16/2012-AIS-I (B) dated $3^{\text {rd }}$ September, 2013 for Select List of 2010, vide notification no. 14015/16/2013-AIS-I(B) dated 22.7.2014 for Select Lists of 2011 and 2012 and notification no. 14015/16/2014-AIS-I(B) dated $16^{\text {th }}$ February, 2015 for Select List of 2013. 2. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. As per relevant rules weightage works out as under:-

- It has been observed that Civil List of IAS as on 1.1.2015 does not contain correct information, therefore, inter-se-seniority of above officers has not been proposed.
