The Government of Chhattisgarh vide their letter no. E-1-1/2012/1/2 dated 19.3.2015 have sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officers appointed on promotion from State Civil Service (SCS) on the basis of inclusion of their names in the select list of 2011. These officers have been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/05/2013-AIS-I (B) dated $10^{\text {th }}$ February 2015.
2. The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. $1 \& 2$ of the select list of 2011 shall be placed below Dr. S. Bharathi Dasan, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Ravi Prakash Gupta, senior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch of Chhattisgarh cadre.
