The Government of Kerala vide their letter no. 11901/Spl.A1/2017/GAD dated 13.2.2017 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority of IAS officer viz Shri Ajaya Kumar A.R. appointed on promotion from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List of 2015. The officer has been appointed to IAS vide GOI Notifications No. 14015/12/2016 -AIS-(I)-B dated 02.02.2017.
- The Seniority /year of allotment of these officers has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide notification no.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

Page 14/33.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2015 (Non-SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Adeela Abdulla, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch and above Ms. Haritha V. Kumar, senior most RR IAS officer of 2013 batch of Kerala Cadre.
