The Department of Personnel & Training initially requested this information by August 31, 2015, and a subsequent reminder was sent on September 3, 2015. The delay in receiving the necessary documentation is hindering the finalization of the eligible officers’ panel. The defaulting Cadre Units are urged to submit the required information without further delay. The annexure lists the Under Secretaries of various Ministries and Departments to whom this communication is addressed.

Subject: – Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS grade of CSSS- Select List Year 2014 – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments’ O.M. of even number dated 07.08 .2015 and subsequent reminder dated 03.09 .2015 on the above mentioned subject. The requisite information regarding recommendation of DPC for promotion of eligible PAs to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2014 was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by \mathbf{3 1 . 0 8 . 2 0 1 5} by the Cadre Units of CSSS.
- The requisite information from the Cadre Units as per Annexure has not so far been received despite a reminder. The non-receipt of the said information is delaying the process of finalizing the panel of eligible officers for appointment to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2014. The defaulting Cadre Units are requested to furnish the requisite information without further delay.
