This Office Memorandum serves as a reminder to Cadre Units of the CSSS regarding the submission of required information for the promotion of eligible PAs to PS Grade for the Select List Year 2013(extended). Despite previous reminders, complete information is still pending from several Cadre Units, including Fertilizers, I&B, IP&P, and Labour, which is delaying the finalization of the eligible officers’ panel. Cadre Units are urged to submit the information immediately, or a ‘nil’ report if no officials are eligible. The annexure lists the specific Under Secretaries in charge of administration within the concerned Cadre Units.

Subject: – Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS grade of CSSS- Select List Year 2013(extended) – regarding.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Departments’ O.M. of even number dated 27.02.2015 and subsequent reminders dated 25.03.2015, 24.04.2015 & 15.05.2015 on the above mentioned subject. The requisite information regarding recommendation of DPC for promotion of eligible PAs to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2013(extended) was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by 19.03.2015 by the Cadre Units of CSSS.
- The requisite information from the Cadre Units as per Annexure has not so far been received despite reminders. In respect of some Cadre Units, namely, Fertilizers, I&B, IP&P, Labour, only part information has been received. These Cadre Units are requested to furnish complete updated information. The non-receipt of the said information is delaying the process of finalizing the panel of eligible officers for appointment to PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year-2013(extended). The defaulting Cadre Units are requested to furnish the requisite information without further delay. In case no official is eligible, ‘nil’ information (without any Annexure) may be sent immediately by fax no. 24623157.
