OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS Grade of CSSS for Select List Year 2015 – circulation of vacancy -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 4/1/2016-CS.II(A) dated 29.03.2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that this Department is in the process of finalizing the panel of eligible officers for appointment to the Grade of PS for SLY 2015.
- Cadre Units are, therefore, requested to verify the current vacancy position as on 31.07.2016 (Annexure-I) in the PS Grade and intimate discrepancies, if any, as in Annexure-II with reasons for variations to this Department.
- The above information may be forwarded to this Department immediately not later than 25.07.2016 through special messenger or Fax (No-24623157, 24622365). In case the information is not received within the stipulated period, it will be assumed that the vacancies as shown in Annexure-I are correct and nomination of the PAs in the PS Grade for SLY 2015 would be made on the basis of these vacancies. Therefore, the information may immediately be sent by 25.07.2016.
