OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS Grade of CSSS Select List Year – 2011- reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s OM of even number dated 28.03.2013 on the above mentioned and to say that the information regarding recommendation of DPC for promotion of eligible PAs to the PS Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year 2011 was required to be furnished in the prescribed proforma by $\mathbf{3 0 / 0 4 / 2 0 1 3}$.
2. The cadre units are requested to expedite the same to enable this Department to finalize the panel of eligible officers for appointment to the PS Grade of CSSS. Some of the cadre units have forwarded the copy of the recommendation of the DPC for assessing the suitability of these officers for the year 2010. It may be noted that Cadre units are required to conduct the DPC of the eligible officials, who have been included in the range of seniority issued vide OM dated 28.03.2013, afresh for the SL Year 2011.
