OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject:- Fixation of range of seniority for promotion from PA to PS Grade of CSSS for Select List Year 2015 – calling off option form -reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. No. 4/1/2016-CS.II(A) dated 29.03.2016 on the subject mentioned above and to say that the duly filled in option forms of some officials of PA Grade (Annexure-I) has not been received in this Department till date. The non-receipt of the option form from these officials, is delaying the process of nomination to the Grade of PS for SLY 2015.
- The concerned cadre units are requested to forward the option form of the concerned officials latest by 26.07.2016 through special messenger or Fax (No-24623157, 24622365). In case the information is not received within the stipulated period, this Department will be constrained to post these officials as per the vacancies available in cadre unit.
- This O.M. is available on the website of this Department viz www.persmin.nic.in Central Services CS Division CSSS Promotion Zone of promotion Steno Gr. ‘C’ to ‘A&B’ (Merged).
