ORDER
The Government of Kerala vide their letter no. 60306/Spl. A1/2013/GAD dated 13/09/2013 has also requested for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by selection from Non SCS category on the basis of Select List of 2012 vide this DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/12/2012-AIS-I dated 4.3.2013 respectively. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time. Details are given in the following table:-

2.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name have been mentioned at Sl. No. 1 of the select list of 2012 shall be placed below Shri B. Mohanan, the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2006 batch and above Shri Parasnath N., the senior most direct recruit IAS officer of 2007 batch of Kerala cadre.3. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
