ORDER
The Government of Rajasthan has sent proposal vide their letter No.F.6(4)Pers/AI/2015 dated 20.7.2016 for fixation of seniority / year of allotment of officer who was appointed to IAS from Non-State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in the Select List year 2015 (against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2015 to 31.12.2015) vide DoPT’s Notification No. 14015/19/2016-AIS-(I)-B dated 5.7.2016.
2. The Seniority /year of allotment of officer has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended vide notification no.14014/4/2011-AIS-I dated 5.5.2016 and other relevant rules. Modified Weightage formula is now as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose name has been mentioned at SI. No. 1 in the Select List of 2015(Non-SCS) shall be placed below Ms. Shuchi Tyagi, the junior most RR IAS officer of 2007 batch and above Shri Rajan Vishal, senior most RR IAS officer of 2008 batch of Rajasthan Cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
