ORDER
The Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter no. G.I.639/2-1-201529/1(1)/2011 dated 2.12 .2015 has sent a proposal for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment to the one officer viz. Shri Akhtar Riyaz appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name “Unconditional” in select list of the year 2014.
2. Seniority/year of allotment of IAS officers appointed on the basis of Select List of 2014 has already been fixed vide order dated 9.10.2015. Seniority /year of allotment of Shri Akhtar Riyaz could not be fixed alongwith other officers, as he was provisionally included in the select list of 2014 subject to grant of integrity certificate by the State Government. Subsequently inclusion of his name in the said select list was declared ‘Unconditional’ by UPSC on a proposal from State Government. Consequently Shri Akhtar Riyaz was appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/22/2015-AIS-(I) B dated $8^{\text {th }}$ December, 2015.
3. Shri Akhtar Riyaz has been placed at SI. No. 16 i.e. below Shri Abarar Ahamad at SI No. 15 and above Dr. Rameshankar Morya at SI. No. 17 vide notification No. 14015/22/2015-AIS-(I) A dated 22th September, 2015.
4. In view of the above, seniority/year of allotment of Shri Akhtar Riyaz is fixed as under:
