ORDER
Consequent upon receipt of a proposal from the State Government of Uttar Pradesh vide their letter No.G.I.95/2-1-2022-29/1(1)/2022 dated 09.11.2022 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment to the officers appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of their names in Select List 2021 (against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2021 to 31.12.2021) vide Notification No. 4015/22/2022-AIS (I)-B dated 01.11.2022, the seniority /year of allotment of the officers has been computed under rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

2.1. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 1 to 12 in the Select List 2021 shall be placed below, Shri Charchit Gaur, junior most RR IAS officer of 2016 batch and above Ms. Soumya Pandey, senior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch of UP cadre.2.2. As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers whose names have been mentioned at SI. No. 13 to 17 in the Select List 2021 shall be placed below Ms. Riya Kejriwal, junior most RR IAS officer of 2017 batch and above Shri Rishi Raj, senior most RR IAS officer of 2018 batch of UP cadre.
