ORDER

The Government of Sikkim has sent a proposal vide their letter no.3392 dated 22.02.2017 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment to the officer appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in select list year 2014 and 2015 of Sikkim cadre vide this Department’s Notification No. 14014/20/2014-AIS(I)-B dated 15.09.2016.

1. In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer mentioned
at Sl. No.1 to 4 of the Select List of 2014(SCS category) shall be placed below Shri
Aunjaneya Kumar Singh, junior most RR IAS officer of 2005 batch of Sikkim Cadre.

4.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officers
mentioned at Sl. No.1 to 3 of the Select List of 2015(SCS category) shall be placed in order
of seniority in 2006 batch of Sikkim Cadre.
