With reference to State Government’s letter no. 66/1/2010-6S(I) dated 20.9.2011, the question of fixation of seniority/year of allotment of the officers who were appointed to IAS by promotion from the Select List of 2009-A vide this Ministry’s notification No. 14015/07/2010-AIS(I)-B dated 31.3.2011 has been considered and the same has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, as amended from time to time, till date and is as shown in column no. 08 of the table, which follows:-

- The year of allotment of these officers has been restricted in pursuance to provisions as contained in the proviso below rule 3 (3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Regulations, 1987, as their immediate senior appointed in the IAS has been awarded the year of allotment as shown in column 8 against the respective name.
- As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer whose names have been mentioned at Sr. No. 1 to 3 for the Select List of 2009-A shall be placed below Dr. Saket Kumar, IAS (RR:2005), so far the junior most RR:IAS officer of 2005 batch and above Ms. A. Mona Sreenivas, IAS (RR:2006), so far the senior most IAS officer of 2006 batch of IAS of Haryana Cadre.
