ORDER
The Government of Kerala has sent a proposal vide their letter no. 1109133/Spl.A1/2016/GAD dated 06.01.2017 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment to the officer appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of his name in select list year 2014 of Kerala cadre vide this Department’s Notification No. 14014/12/2016-AIS(I)-B dated 24.11.2016.
2. In view of the above, the seniority/year of allotment of above officer has been considered and computed under Rule 3(a) ${ }^{\prime \prime}$ (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987, and other relevant Rules as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-

3.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer mentioned at SI. No. 1 of the Select List of 2014(SCS category) shall be placed below Shri Amit Meena, junior most RR IAS officer of 2011 batch and above Shri Nooh P.B., senior most RR IAS officer of 2012 batch of Kerala Cadre.
4. The order may be conveyed to the concerned officer.
