Consequent upon receipt of proposal vide No. 14016/16/2021.UTS-I dated 24.11.2021 from the Ministry of Home Affairs along with Government of J&K letter No. GAD-SERV0KAS/439/2021-02-09 dated 04.10.2021 for fixation of seniority / assigning the year of allotment to the officer appointed to IAS from State Civil Service on the basis of inclusion of her name in revised Select List 2010 (prepared against vacancies arisen between 01.01.2010 to 31.12.2010) vide DOPT Order No. 22012/79/2013-AIS-I dated 13.07.2021 in compliance of order dated 05.06.2018 of Hon’ble High Court of Jammu & Kashmir at Jammu in SWP No. 1290/2013 filed by Ms. Dev Lata, the seniority /year of allotment of the officer has been computed under pre-amended Rule 3(3) (ii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987 as per the following weightage formula:-
