ORDER
Consequent upon appointment to IAS of Mizoram Segment on the basis of inclusion of name in the Select List 2017 (SCS Category) vide DOPT’s Notification No. 14015/26/2018-AIS (I)-B dated 19.9.2018 and on receipt letter of Ministry of Home Affairs No.14016/03/2018-UTS-I dated 19.12.2018 with a proposal of Government of Mizoram’s vide letter No.A.32013/10/2016-P&AR(CSW) dated 20th November, 2018 for fixation of seniority/year of allotment of promote IAS officer of Mizoram Segment of Joint AGMUT Cadre, the seniority/year of allotment of the officers has been computed under Rule 3(3)(ii) of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, and other relevant rules as amended from time to time. The weightage formula is as under:-

Page 1 of 22.1 As per Rule 4 of the IAS (Regulation of Seniority) Rules, 1987, the officer viz. Shri R. Lalramnghaka, whose name has been mentioned at Sl. No.1 in the select list of 2017 shall be placed below Shri Swapnil M. Naik, (SL-2013 Goa Segment) the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch and above Dr. Lalrozama, (SL-2013 Mizoram Segment) the junior most promotee IAS officer of 2009 batch (Non-SCS Category) of Joint AGMUT cadre.
- Inter-se-seniority /year of allotment of the above officer with respect to officers of other segments would be determined later on as and when the inter-se-seniority of segments of AGMUT Cadre is decided by the Cadre Controlling Authority.
