OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Fixation of ‘range of seniority’ (zone of promotion) for promotion of Stenographers Grade ‘D’ to Personal Assistant (PA) Grade of CSSS for the Select List Year- 2011 – regarding.
Reference is invited to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated $1^{\text {st }}$ January, 2013 and subsequent reminder dated $11^{\text {th }}$ February, 2013 on the subject mentioned above.
2. The requisite information viz. recommendations of the DPC alongwith vigilance clearance of all the eligible officers who are working in their Cadre Units, including those who had been transferred to their Cadre Units from other Cadre Units on their ad-hoc promotion to PA grade of CSSS and duly filled -in option form (Annexure-VI) from the concerned officers have not yet been received from the Cadre Units addressed below, even after a lapse of considerable time.
3. The concerned Cadre Units are requested to expedite the requisite information to this Department without any further delay.
