OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject: Fixation of range of seniority (Zone of Promotion) for PA grade (SQ) of CSSS for Select List Year-2013.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even no. dated 22.5.2014 vide which cadre units were requested to place the cases of all eligible Steno Grade ‘D’, who are covered within the prescribed ‘range of seniority’ and who have not yet been included in the Select List of PAs of CSSS, before the DPC to assess their suitability for promotion to the PA grade of CSSS. Cadre Units were also requested to send the recommendation of DPC along with vigilance clearance in respect of all the eligible officials who are working in the Cadre Unit.
- Despite a lapse of considerable time, the requisite information has not yet been received from the cadre units addressed hereunder.
- Concerned Cadre Units are requested to send recommendation of the DPC along with vigilance clearance in respect of all the eligible officers who are working with them by 25th July, 2014 positively. In case no official is eligible, ‘nil’ information (without annexure) may be sent immediately by fax no. 24623157.
