ORDER
Ministry of Home Affairs vide their letter no. 14016/19/2012-UTS-I dated $9^{\text {th }}$ July, 2014 have sent a proposal for fixation of Dr. Lalrozama, IAS officer of Mizoram Segment of AGMUT Cadre appointed on promotion from Non-SCS quota on the basis of inclusion of his name in the select list of 2013. The officer has been appointed to IAS vide notification No. 14015/26/2013-AIS-I (B) dated $27^{\text {th }}$ May, 2014.
2. The same has been computed under Rule 3(3) (iii) of IAS (Regulation of Seniority), Rules 1987 as amended from time to time. Weightage formula is as under:-
