Subject: Draft Common Seniority List of Principal Private Secretaries of CSSS as on 01.07.2015 – Finalization reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 09.05.2016 vide which draft Common Seniority List of PPS of CSSS as on 01.07.2015 was circulated to all cadre units.
- All the Cadre Units were requested that factual inaccuracies/deficiencies, if any, may be brought to the notice of this Department by 06.06.2016. It was also clearly mentioned that if nothing was heard from any Cadre Unit by that date, it would be presumed that there was no factual inaccuracy in the said list.

However, it has been noted that the requisite information relating to date of joining in respect of officials, as per list annexed, have not been received in this Department so far. The concerned cadre units as well as officials concerned are requested to furnish the information positively by 01.08.2016.
