OFFICE MEMORANDUM
Subject :- Finalization of Common seniority List (CSL) of Steno Grade ‘C’-
Select List years upto 1990-reg.
The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even
number dated 10.5.2006 circulating therewith Final Common Seniority List of
Steno Grade ‘C’ for the Select List years upto 1990 and to say that it has been
brought to the notice of this Department that Shri V.K.Bhatia, PA, Ministry of
Home Affairs, presently working as PS on adhoc basis in the Department of
Posts, belongs to the Select List 1990 and not 1989 as intimated by the Ministry
of Home Affairs earlier. The matter has been examined and as per norms, it has
been decided to place Shri V.K.Bhatia in the Common Seniority List at
Sl.No.529 A, above Shri Satish Babu K.K. (S.No.530) and below Shri Naresh
Kumar (S.No.529). Accordingly, the placements/Serial Numbers in the
Common Seniority List will mutatis mutandis stand modified to that extent.
- It is requested that this may be brought to notice of the individual
concerned. The Common Seniority List placed in the website of this Ministry
would be amended in due course.
