This is a reminder regarding the Department of Personnel and Training’s Office Memorandum dated November 2nd, 2015, concerning the final select list of 2003(Extended) for the UDC Grade. It highlights that the Departmental Promotion Committee (DPC) status for 9 out of 44 officials is still pending. Cadre units are requested to submit the DPC status and reasons for any delays by January 22nd, 2016. The document also includes a list of the 9 officials with their names, dates of birth, categories (SC/UR), and respective cadre units.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. of even number dated 02.11.2015 on the subject mentioned above and to say that out of 44 officials, the DPC status of 9 officials is still awaited.
- The cadre units are once again requested to forward the status of DPC and to intimate the reason for not conducting DPC (if not held till date) of these 9 officials (As per Annexure) latest by 22nd January, 2016.
