Final Common Seniority List of Assistants (Assistant Section Officers) of CSS for 2009

F

The Department of Personnel and Training has released the final common seniority list (CSL) for Assistants (now Assistant Section Officers) of the Central Secretariat Service (CSS) for the year 2009. This list is based on information provided by cadre units and inputs from CS.II Division, taking into account the seniority as assigned in the Common Seniority List of the Upper Division Clerk Grade under the Central Secretariat Clerical Service Regulations, 1971. The CSL 2009 is subject to any orders passed by the court in any pending case and can be accessed through the department’s website.

Office Memorandum

Subject: Final common seniority List of Assistants (now Assistant Section Officers) of CSS for the years 2009.

The undersigned is directed to refer to this Department’s O.M. dated 24.09.2018 regarding Draft CSL of Assistants (now ASO) of CSS for the year 2009 and to say that on the basis of information furnished by the cadre units and inputs received from CS.II Division, the Common Seniority List (CSL) of Assistant Section Officers (ASO) of CSS for the year 2009 has been finalized as per Annexure.

  1. It may be noted that there being no DR for the year 2009, only persons appointed regularly to Assistant Section Officers’ Grade from the Select List for the grade for the year are ranked inter se in the order of their seniority as assigned in the Common Seniority List of the Upper Division Clerk Grade prepared under the Central Secretariat Clerical Service (Preparation of Common Seniority List) Regulations, 1971.

  2. CSL 2009 would be subject to any orders which may be passed by any court in any pending case.
