It is proposed to fill up the post of Chairperson (JS Level), Chennai Port Authority under the Ministry of Ports, Shipping and Waterways on deputation basis with pay at level 14 (Rs. 1,44,200-2,18,200/-) of the Pay Matrix [Rs 2,00,000 – 3,70,000/- (IDA Pattern) for Port officers and employees of Kamarajar Port Limited] vice Shri Sunil Paliwal, IAS (TN:1993).
2. Names of willing and eligible officers, may be recommended to this office along with cadre clearance, vigilance clearance and detailed bio-data (through SUPREMO link: https://supremo.nic.in). In case the officers are currently on deputation outside the cadre, the nomination may be forwarded with the approval of the competent authority/Minister-in-charge concerned.
3. Eligibility conditions for the post of Chairperson (JS Level), Chennai Port Authority is enclosed as Annexure.
4. The last date for submission of application for the above referred circular is 2607.2024.
